Good Neighbor Policy is about all the toys in childhood your next door neighbor had but you wish you had. This is my first experiment in an entirely vector based design approach. I actually built the vehicles in 3D and then re-drew them in Illustator so I could get the perspectives right.The music is by the band Prospekt.
